Standard Load products are manufactured with the minimum required Precious Metals to be compliant and operate in a properly tuned and operating vehicle. HM and OEM grade products are designed to function with Engine Family Number specific designs ensuring both tailpipe compliance as well as engine management system friendly operation (ensuring the “check engine” light remains off.) In addition, the extra loading will allow for proper engine management interaction and by nature provide additional emissions conversion for vehicle which may not be running at 100%.
